Our Story

Founded in 1997 by industry vet Wes Blanc, who spoke with several coaches on every level of college athletics, we found out early what coaches look for in athletes. Their personality and academic abilities are just as important, if not more so, than their athletic ability.

Owner of the company since 2013, Scott has an MSA in Sports Administration and a BBA in sports management

Ari Abazi

International Recruiting Director/Head of Michigan Recruiting

Ari is a native of Albania, with international recruiting experience in several sports

Mike Horn

Head of Florida Recruiting/National Baseball Recruiting Director

Mike is an MLB Scout School Graduate and former college baseball player.

Andy Swenson

Head of northwest Recruiting

Andy has scouted and coached on many levels of baseball from youth travel coaching, high school, college, and as an associate scout for the Cincinnati Reds.

Burke Granger

Head of Ohio Scouting

Burke has many years of experience scouting for the MLB entry draft as a scout/part owner of 2080 Baseball
