Mike Horn

Mike Horn-Scout/Consultant Advisor-Head of Florida Recruiting-Director of Baseball Development

Originally  from New Jersey, Mike has relocated to Florida to further his career in  the Sports Industry. Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Southern  College and a Certificate from Sports Management Worldwide after  successfully completing the Baseball GM and Scouting course. He is a  member of SABR (Society of American Baseball Research) and has  experience with most computer software used throughout Major League  Baseball.
Growing up, Mike played AAU travel baseball with  the North Jersey Rangers where they played in tournaments up and down  the East coast. He played high school baseball at River Dell Regional  High School where he achieved 1st Team All-League and 2nd Team  All-County. Mike had the talent to play College baseball but didn’t get  the proper exposure needed. He accepted an academic scholarship to  Florida Southern College and had a walk on tryout. However, he was not  eligible to tryout his freshman year due to the lack of guidance  regarding the NCAA Clearing House procedures. This forced him to wait  another year to tryout. After having one of his best tryouts, Mike was  cut from the team and eventually transferred to Bergen Community College  in New Jersey.
Mike was the starting first baseman and  designated hitter for Bergen CC. While Mike was playing, Bergen CC had  the most wins in school history and made the playoffs for the first time  in fifteen years. He also led the team to be nationally ranked for the  first time in school history. Mike was nominated to be an All-American.  Even though he didn’t receive the honors, Mike and his teammates  revamped the Bergen CC baseball program.
Due to some injuries, Mike had to stop playing  competitive baseball and has since gone into coaching, training, and  scouting. He coached one season at his High School and won the Junior  Varsity Championship. Mike also worked at a couple of training  facilities before receiving his Certificate from Sports Management  Worldwide.
Mike is currently the Head Coach of the Bartow  Braves in the CFABL (Central Florida Amateur Baseball League). Mike’s  goal is to help as many high school athletes as he can so they have a  better and less stressful college experience!

Miles Knight-Scout/Consultant/Advisor-Director of Hockey Development

My name is Miles Knight and as a Michigan native I have a deep rooted passion for ice hockey and eye for talent. My competitive career spanned through AA&AAA travel, high school varsity, and Junior-A. While I had piqued the interest of several schools, none of which were anything ideal so my competitive play ended once I aged out of juniors. Reflecting back I can admit that I was naïve to the fact that without the proper resources and connections, sometimes skill and ability alone are just not enough.  Unfortunately, I wouldn’t gain this perspective and knowledge until I immersed myself within the hockey community in ways other than as a player. Over the past 5 years I have integrated myself within the South-Eastern Michigan hockey community, sharing my knowledge and experiences via coaching, private instructing/training and mentoring. The degree of these outlets range anywhere from youth prep programs, junior prospects, and D1-D3 collegiate prospects. As member of the Premier team I am provided with an unique opportunity that allows for me to apply my business background in conjunction with my sports background to a degree  that’s rewarding for both my clients and myself. My contribution towards developing athletes and their families in ways that were absent in my personal endeavors is greatly fulfilling. This personal vendetta fuels my drive to deliver unparalleled consulting services and resources to ensure the success and growth of my clients.
